These services are available for adults, ages 18+. We offer a variety of services including New Patient Examinations, Adjustments, and Re-Examinations. We are proud to provide different techniques to address various concerns for every patient, including the Webster technique for our pregnant mommas, as well as Activator and Arthrostim instruments for those seeking a less hands-on approach. Our services are gentle, specific, and tailored to each individual by utilizing these different techniques and modifying every adjustment based on age, comfort level, and need.

Ages 18+ | $160 for adults and $120 for pregnant women
This visit includes:
- In-depth consultation and health history review
- Postural analysis and movement assessment
- Nervous system-focused examination
- Visceral, orthopedic, and neurological testing, as indicated
- X-rays, if clinically indicated
- Review of findings and personalized care recommendations
- First chiropractic adjustment, if appropriate
If you are pregnant, please select the New Pregnant Patient Examination when booking, as this will contain intake forms for you to complete related to your pregnancy. It is important to note that we do NOT perform x-rays on pregnant patients.
Centered Chiropractic and Wellness is NOT enrolled as a Medicare provider. Due to federal Medicare regulations governing chiropractic services, our office is UNABLE to provide care to Medicare beneficiaries. Patients with Medicare coverage may wish to seek care from a provider who participates with Medicare to ensure compliance with their benefits. We are happy to connect you with one locally.
Chiropractic Adjustment
Ages 18+ | $50
An adjustment is the approach we take to apply a specific and controlled force into a subluxated joint with the goal of improving joint motion, relieving pain, and reducing the misalignment's impact on the nervous system. This may be done manually or with an instrument. Adjustments are gentle, specific, and tailored to each individial by utilizing different techniques and modifying every adjustment based on age, comfort level, and need.
Re-Examination + Adjustment
Ages 18+ | $50
We conduct routine re-exams frequently in order to track progress and adjust our care plans/goals of care as necessary. This is completed during an adjustment appointment at no extra cost to you!
Family Discounted Adjustments
Price Varies
This is available for families of 3 or more. This is available only for established patients and families under routine care. Price is per adjustment.
- Adults - full price for adjustment : $50
- Kids - discounted price for adjustment : $35
Patients must be established. Routine care is considered to be at least once a month. Visits do not have to be on the same day for family members. Family discounts are only available for adjustments.
Military and First Responder Discounts
As a thank you to those who serve our communities and country, we proudly offer 20% off of all services for active and retired military members and active first responders. Your dedication and sacrifice do not go unnoticed, and it’s our honor to support your health and wellness.
This is valid for active and retired military and active police officers, fire fighters, and paramedics.

Discounts are NOT stackable.
If patients are not seen within a year from their initial New Patient Exam, they will be considered inactive and must complete another New Patient Exam before continuing care.
