About us

Born and raised in Meridian, Mississippi, Dr. Cooper Pope is proud to serve her hometown community through thoughtful, whole-body chiropractic care. She graduated from Life University in December 2025 and is Activator Methods Proficiency certified, Webster certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and is currently completing additional advanced pediatric and perinatal chiropractic training with the ICPA.

At Centered Chiropractic and Wellness, Dr. Cooper provides patient-centered, family-focused chiropractic care with a strong emphasis on the nervous system and holistic wellness. Her approach is gentle, specific, and intentional, designed to support the body's natural ability to heal and self regulate. She has a special passion for serving pediatric patients, pregnant mommas, families, and wellness-focused individuals seeking proactive, nervous system-based care.

Dr. Cooper was drawn to chiropractic care as an alternative to traditional healthcare models through her own health challenges. She believes true health comes from addressing the whole person - body, mind, and nervous system - rather than chasing quick fixes. Her mission is to create a warm, welcoming chiropractic office in Meridian, MS where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to live healthy, centered lives.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cooper loves going on new adventures with with her dog Cash, spending time with her family, traveling to new places, cooking / baking, and crafting to keep her grounded.
